Refund terms for using our services
1. No Refunds Policy
All purchases made through Ticket Fast are final. We do not issue refunds once a transaction is completed. By purchasing access to the Ticket Fast Discord bot or related services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be granted under normal circumstances.
2. Automated Delivery & Non-Delivery Claims
Ticket Fast uses an automated delivery system, meaning your license or bot access is granted immediately after successful payment. As a result, refund requests based on claims of non-delivery will not be accepted.
3. Fraudulent Activity & System Errors
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Verified fraudulent transactions (e.g., unauthorized payments), with clear documentation.
- System errors on our side that prevent delivery of the service.
If you believe your case qualifies, you must provide clear evidence. Ticket Fast reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your access to all Ticket Fast services, without refund. If you encounter an issue, contact our support team before opening a dispute.
5. Modification of Policy
Ticket Fast reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will apply immediately upon publication.
